Who we are

Triple A Automation is an AI automation agency based in Beirut, Lebanon. If you have any question about this policy, or you want your data removed, contact us at info@tripleaautomation.com or on +961 3 583 039.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run this website.

• When you fill in our contact form: your name, email address, business sector, phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, and what you would like to sort out.
• When you use the chat assistant: the messages you send it, and any name, email or phone number you give it so we can arrange a call.
• When you use the savings calculator: the numbers you enter stay in your browser. We do not receive them unless you choose to send them to us.
• Basic website analytics: pages visited and rough location and device type, so we know which pages are useful. This is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a call, provide a quotation, and improve the website. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else can see it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and our own operations. Your information may pass through them purely so the service works:

• Website hosting and form handling
• Google Workspace, for email, our calendar and the sheet where we track enquiries
• Our automation platform and the AI provider that powers the site assistant

These providers process data on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for the work and for accounting, then delete the rest. Chat transcripts are kept only as long as they are useful for following up your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tripleaautomation.com with the word "data" in the subject line and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function, plus basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. If that changes we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
