The basics of using this site and working with us. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Who we are
Triple A Automation is an AI automation agency based in Beirut, Lebanon. You can reach us at info@tripleaautomation.com or +961 3 583 039.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, share and reference anything on this site. Please do not copy it wholesale, misrepresent it as your own, or attempt to disrupt the site or its assistant.
Prices and quotations
Any figures we share with you, on a call, by email, or anywhere on this site, are indicative starting points, not offers. The final scope and price for your project are confirmed in writing in a proposal before any work begins, and that proposal is what governs the engagement.
The savings calculator and the assistant
The calculator produces estimates from the numbers you enter, using deliberately conservative assumptions that are shown on the page. It is a guide, not a guarantee of results. The site assistant can make mistakes. Nothing it says forms a binding commitment. If something matters, confirm it with us directly.
What you own
Everything we build for you is yours. Accounts are created in your name, documentation is handed over, and what we build keeps running if you stop working with us. We keep the rights to our own general methods and any reusable components we developed before or outside your project.
Third party services
Our work often connects tools you already pay for, such as messaging platforms, CRMs, accounting software and AI providers. Those subscriptions stay in your name and are billed to you directly. We are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages or policy changes, though we will help you work around them.
Liability
We do our work carefully and we stand behind it. That said, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data held in third party systems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Beirut.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
Not sure how something applies to you?
Ask us. We would rather explain it plainly now than have it come up later.
